So are you defeating the "hidden Taken threats" on the Dreadnaught daily, and the rune still won't charge?
About the fully charged Rune that won't be accepted, don't know why it's not working. However, I'm seeing discussions online that it doesn't work right now because of some discovered exploit... So you may have to be patient.

Yes, I am defeating them. I've already completed 1. So, I'm still stuck on 1/6 and today is DAY 4.

Well, that's odd. You didn't charge another one earlier? Wanna recall you can only charge one per week. I have no idea if your issues are related to Charged Runes currently being unusable.
