Seeing how it takes a week, yes. Why are you so offended? Is that not what this thread is for?

No it can take 3 days. Switch it between your characters. And I just find it funny how so many people are trying to mooch off of someone else's charged rune. Especially because you need your own charged rune to open the chest anyways

That's exactly what I was thinking. I helped 2 of my friends through and don't have the fragment. I have a charged rune but haven't had time to play recently.
