What do we do if we missed the day the quest came out? Will the quest line reappear? Or did we miss our chance at getting it?

If you go to [b]Set Destinations[/b] choose [b]COSMODROME[/b] and Locate the mission [b]"The First Firewall."[/b] This mission will start the beginning of the weapon quest. You will first complete steps 1-4 and have to wait until [b]Reset[/b] before given an actual Quest in your Inventory for you to actually be able to Track like other quests.

I know that much about it, it was there for me on cosmodrone I didn't complete it and now it is not there anymore

The Quest will always be available to you. You'll just need to locate your 4 [b]"DAVLIN-RAS8711-FR002"[/b] Fusion Rifles that turn into the gunsmith and then you may begin the [b]"The First Firewall" Story mission on Cosmodrome.[/b] Good Luck

I have turned all of them in and seen there was a quest there, I had to go to work and didn't have time to complete it, now the quest is not on earth anymore. Is there anyway to get the quest back?

So what I have heard is that the mission occurs once a month on Gunsmith Arms Day. This being said the 1st Step to getting the Sleeper Simulant Exotic Fusion Rifle "The First Firewall" Story mission released Wednesday October 7th. So, my guess is it will be released again on Wednesday November 4th. 1 month from the initial "The First Firewall" story Mission releases date. I'm keeping my eyes wide open and will alert everyone in the forum when the First Firewall Mission has gone live.

No I didn't start the quest, do you know if it was a timed quest?

I can't imagine Bungie making this a one time only time to West so therefore no I do not believe it is a timed quest but I do not have an accurate answer for you. all I can say is check all three of your characters on Cosmodrome there should be a flashing mission available called the first firewall

It was there on my hunter but I couldn't get around to get on destiny cause of work, I came on yesterday as I got a day off work, but when I looked on cosmodrone it was no longer there.

At this point I do not know how to respond to this. I would say wait until you receive the four gunsmith fusion rifles on another character and try to do it on that character or visit other posts for another answer. I don't know what to tell you I apologize. I will do some asking around and see if anybody else is having this issue and try to help you with it later unfortunately I have nothing for you now.
