That would be a cool idea, if there could be a good in-story reason for an alliance. Also, would Eliksni PCs have access to the Tower, or would the Reef be expanded and have stuff added?

I feel like the tower would be open to them and there's be a new tower also, an eliksni tower hidden away on another planet.
