Not guaranteed... It INCREASES the chance..like 3 of coins... And still random...
I'm not saying it's right, but I don't think it's bugged

I disagree. The description doesn't say chance. "Extra rewards [b][u]will[/u][/b] be granted when defeating Oryx in the King's Fall Raid with at least 20 of these." Broken.

So at the very least, Bungie is terrible in their wording and need to be more clear... When I read it, I assumed it meant chance.... Bungie has a problem with wording descriptions...like on weapons when it says "more range and impact" yet the impact bar either doesn't change or in fact goes down At this point, I'll just say. "Who knows?"

You said it man, who knows? I am so confused by how to get light level above 300 when I sincerely am getting no drops on the raid, and I do mean 0 drops, and when my exotic engrams are all decrypting at 290. I got great drops my first time around, and that was the last time. I am becoming slightly convinced it actually is a bug. I remember going through VOG and Crota plenty of times and getting close to nothing, but I never experienced getting 0 drops. The thing is, it's becoming demotivating to try and get a group together to grind for 2hrs+ when I feel it's highly possible (4x in a row now) where I get shards only.
