No it won't. The fate of all fools they made for the guy with cancer is the stranger's rifle with different stats and perks. The jade rabbit is the same gun with an original skin and can actually be obtained. It would be beyond stupid to put a gun called fate of all fools into the game for everyone to get with the exact same perk as the jade rabbit.

It actually is. Bungie gave the fate of all fools to that one guy because he had some brain cancer or something. They reskined the entire gun as the jade rabbit and made it a Playstation exclusive. Nobody will ever receive the fate of all fools because bungie made it unique for that single player only.
