Well, the Sunbreaker charged melee attack one shots a player from full hp. It's also the only class that can regen hp from grenades. They also have 2 one hit ko grenades and can skate like the other Titan classes. They are absolutely not lacking in other aspects.

Lol complete bs. The melee attack with burn doesn't ohk at full health.
