Looking for recommendations, I've been using Beats just because that's what I have but thinking I should get some actual gaming ones.
Edit: thanks for all the input :)

I'm on my second headset. First was turtle beach and they were flimsy as shit (and expensive). When they snapped, I replaced them with the PS4 wireless gold headset. Have been extremely happy with it. Won't buy turtle beach headsets ever again.
-
Hyperx Cloud 2. Great headset and not a bad price
-
Apple....
-
Astro A40s no complaints. Worth every penny.
-
PS4 gold wireless headsets. They're snazzy, have impressive clarity, and the mic is built into the earpiece, so no annoying boom in your face
-
Razer Xbox One. Doubles as a PC headset with AUX splitter.
-
Turtle Beach P-11 - because my kids always break my stuff, so why get an expensive set? Sounds good enough, loud enough, and clear enough for what I paid for them. Wired, so I never have to charge and added a USB extension so I can roam about the house a little.
-
Astros A50. Was diehard TB user for many years, but these do almost as good and I don't have to buy batteries! Saved me the $300 for headset plus some already in battery fund

Turtle beach PS4 wireless 500p

I absolutely love the Sennheiser g4me one headset. It's a stereo headset, but you wouldn't know it from the sound quality. It doesn't have any mic monitoring, which I thought would be a deal breaker for me, but I've been using it more than my Astro A50s since they arrived. Great quality for a decent price.

Turtle Beach P12 for PS4 and PC and it is so damn comfy and good!
-
I use the one that came with my ps4, love it when something happens to it I will buy another. Have a set of beats headphones that work good but I prefer the small earpiece the best.
-
The best advice I can give is to go somewhere with a display of the headsets and try them out. It won't matter if it has the best sound quality in the world, if your head and ears start to hurt after 30 minutes you won't want to wear them anyway. I use polk audio the orange and white ones. For 60 bucks they are comfortable, sound good and the Mic is very nice. Also has SVM and the adapter for your controller. Works on PS4 also.

I was reading the replies on here for awhile and just bought Astro a40's today, I must say they are completely worth it if you have the extra funds. A big thanks to everyone who recommended them.

T.Beach PX 22

Just use your T.V sound. Better sound quality for this game (at least for crucible) doesn't provide a leg up in competition. I use the xbox voice chat headset and my tv sound lol
-
4 RepliesAstro A50s. 400 dollars so worth
-
Turtle beach
-
The one that came with the xbox.
-
Sony pulse

If you have money you can't go wrong with a pair of astro's but if that's to much check put the new turtle beach px900 or something they are wireless but -blam!-ing amazing and if that's still to high go with the Playstation gold head set I used it and it was very good for the price
-
Went to game stop and bought a $15 one. Works great.

X32 turtlebeach's. I wouldn't recommend them because they take AAA batteries and unless you get rechargeable batteries for them, it costs too much.
