The Chaperone Bounty is (NOT) impossible
Yes I know you can use your secondary and heavy but.. Try running around with a shotgun as a Titan, see how far that gets you. Plus every death sets you back 1%.

Edit 2: Wow almost 700 comments! Thank you to all of those who are giving kind words of encouragement and positive feedback. Even you guys that tell me to "get good"!
Edit 3: I DID IT!!! FINALLY. I went into classic 6v6 played defensively, used the new arms day fusion rifle (it's a beast). And I cleared their whole team with my hammers twice!! Thank you to all of those encouraging people, without y'all this wouldn't have been possible.

just play mayhem (mayhem clash works best if it is available), wait until you get your supper, switch to TLW and throw hammers until it is out, take TLW off so your deaths don't slow you down, and repeat. As long as you don't have too many deaths while TLW is on you should finish that part of the mission in 6-10 games. heavy ammo works for this too. You get a bonus toward the mission for chain kills and multi kills so any supper that can kills multiple targets is great for this

I wonder, does igniting a rift and killing a few opponents near it whilst TLW is equipped grant extra rep %? Will try it out tonight, working on other Crucible stuff first (Lord Shaxx's LONG Quest, need two more matches won with 6+ Hand Cannon kills, and 5 more Nightstalker Grenade kills...)

I got 85% in one game it wasn't too bad I mean I went a on a 15 and 10 kill streak so that increased it a lot

3 RepliesI'm finding the sword bounty [i]way[/i] harder. Just the kills in the crucible. Only took 4 or 5 games of control for the last word kills. But waiting for heavy to drop then trying to grab it then getting close enough to get kills is hard.

I feel like the only person who had no trouble with the crucible section of the quest. Use a sniper rifle instead of a shotgun if it doesn't work for you. Use your lmg. Use sunbreaker. If none of that works, it's not the quest that is the problem.

Two tricks rift because most people are focusing on the objective, or just play in classic. That's where I got mine done =p if you happen to get either the new raid machine gun or the wolves bane machine gun from poe they are monsters in crucible. Mayhem is pretty good to but there is a much better chance of dying there. Its worth it tho. Chaperone is a beast

I feel you brother. I am not overly fond of the last word, however it's necessity for this. Keep trying and play slow I started mine and I'm at 45%. Slow.

1 ReplyI like never used TLW before 2.0, then got the Chaperone bounty, and absolutely loved TLW. Either way, I did it in five games. Got the Chaperone on the first Tuesday. Impossible? Mm..no
