From what I read, nobody (not even the support team) knew what it was. They may now, but I'm not sure.

Ah, well I wouldn't worry about it too much. My Xbox 360 has actually red-ringed a few times, but it's always fine after I restart it. I'm sure the Xbox One has better hardware to defend against something similar.
