Hunter melee can be freezing throwing stars. Throwable melees are the only reason I use my hunter

Throwing icicles. Speed of knives, but go straight, no arc.

What a piece of ice shaped like a star? And if you get a precision kill with it, the target turn into solid ice and shatters, shooting a bunch of fragments of ice in all directions for a few feet. It would do about the same damage as firefly.
