I have looked for the best overall sniper. Snice the TTK I have concluded that the 1000 yard stare has supirior overall stats, good aim asisst, great impact, decent fire rate, I it close to the year one LDR and Longbow but snice they sit at 170 the 1k yards it a perfect sniper

I was way excited about the eirene. My 1000 us stare ended up being the one I leveled up to 305. The stability is a huge factor and the clown cartridge and extra ammo don't kick in enough for me to be excited about them. I thought it would happen a lot more often.

As for the Erine Im loking to get more PvP oriented perks, its has the perfect impact of 34, it can kil sunbreaker titans on precision

Yeah Ikr, I had those perks in my Her Belevolence but they wasn't so usefull. In my 1k stare I got army of one and firefly making it a great sniper both for PvE and PvP
