He represents atheism just as much as the Westboro baptist church represents Christianity or ISIS represents Islam. So not at all.

They follow the bible more than other christians. The bible is against homosexuality and says those who are will be sent to hell. So Westboro and enforces this. The bible says those who worship other religions should be put to death. Though they don't kill, they condemn others for worshiping other gods. Despite being pieces of shit, they represent christianity as the bible says to. Please explain to me how they do not represent christianity well, given you have the patience.

In that regard, sure. In other regards, such as protesting celebrities, trampling the American flag, breaking the law on numerous accounts. Does the bible promote behavior like that? Well that's another example of the many self-contradictions the bible displays. What if "thy neighbour" is a adulterator? Or a homosexual? Or has a different belief? Or even a rebellious child? The bible says to kill those who do as listed. Surely those rebellious children put to death were neighbours of a fellow christian.
