Pretty sure the collections tell you how to get em and of course you won't see promotional ones since many of them (i.e. Blacksmith) were limited time promotions

I rather have my special emblems stay special. If this happened all emblems would basically be common except for the hard ones. But I agree a few aren't very descriptive
