Use when a boss has a skull by his health meter. Do not use more than one at a time. They don't stack when you use more than one at a boss. It just increases your chance at an exotic drop

Yeh I use with the bosses with the skull on their name but I just don't get any I only use one at a time aswell

I got an exotic from Ultra knight and just for poo's and giggles i went right back to him and popped another 5 3 of coins and lo and behold got another exotic literally mins after the first. Tried it again but got nothing so they must have some sort of stacking effect when you use more then one at a time.
