It's handed out by dead orbit. So yeah, its dead orbit. It's black and white, like dead orbit.

It's from a quest that is handed out by Dead Orbit. It wouldn't have made any difference if the quest was handed out by FWC or NM. There are not Faction Specific ghost shells. Having that shell equipped does nothing for Dead Orbit affiliates. How is this hard to grasp?
