I have a dead orbit ghost shell I got from a random blue engram.

I also got this ghost shell, I'm not certain but I think it came in a faction reward package. I've received ghost shells from all kinds of sources, can't say whether some were engrams or not.

I have never seen or heard of anyone getting one from it. If it is true what types of engrams give them? I tried looking up ghost shells from engrams and found nothing.

I've gotten them from greens and blues. Haven't got a purple one yet personally. My legendary shells are from the vendors/raid.

Right. I got it from a reward from doing something sort of quest for dead orbit. Anyway, you can see it in my inventory.
