I am guilty of it only when I get dropped into a match when the score is more than 5k difference. I finish ones I start out with but I am extremely frustrated being thrown into a match like that. Matches like that should just finish that way so it ends faster.
Not throwing people earnestly looking for a new match to work on bounties etc. it's a waste of our time being thrown into this positions.

You should be able to search for only fresh games as well.
