Wormfeeder rune is the final step in that process used to open the chest I believe.

I know, that is exactly why I was a bit confused to get an Wormfeeder Rune without a Wormsinger Rune as I explained in OP.

Oh, it's just a spawn item is all. Anyone can obtain the loot from the boss. Any specific question to clear something up, bump me here and I'll help clarify if I can.

Edited by RoyalxSilvers: 10/4/2015 10:28:47 AMI know that the W-Singer is used to spawn the Ogre, but as far as I know the only person who can get W-Feeder rune is the one who used the W-Singer rune. All others get only W-Singers. Is it not so? And did I just have terrible RNG to not get a single Worm rune after 10 hours of patrol-grinding or is there a weekly limit to how many W-runes one can get? I'm just a little confused about the whole Worm-affair (the non-martial one)

Whoever spawns the ogre has 100% chance to get a worm feeder, and I've actually had two drop before I THINK. I had to farm my key to pick up the other worn feeder because I was too scrubby to think about vaulting one of them. As for others, I can't say for 100%. Yesterday I jumped in to patrol and someone was spawning an ultra, pretty sure it was the ogre. Nonetheless, I didn't get the drop. So he who spawns gets one 100%, others it's a rng roll. I doubt there is a weekly limit. I got a bunch last week. They kept dropping for me in the raid and at the court.

Every time I head to the dreadnaught and someone is fighting the Ogre, I have gotten a feeder rune. You just have to help kill the Ogre.

Okay, and thanks. Now I know I just had the worst RNG ever. Which I suppose is better than weekly cap. #NeverLucky
