Go take it up with BBB lol, but you should probably scan Bungies License Agreement before making any more letters. Everything that is going on they have covered under there. Basically they can take anything they please with future updates or expansions. You literally have no case my friend.

If they removed 100% of the content and made you pay for it all over again in order just to play and it was covered in their EULA does it make it right? Just because they write it in the EULA doesn't make it iron-clad, and there is precedent for this.

Well if you agree on that EULA that pops up in order to play the game it's covered. If you don't click accept you don't get access to their game. Just remember you don't own anything in that game, you just own the license to play it.
