Me and my friend have also scanned these objects in the same mission. We also spawned in the same room after dying in the same location. Before all this happened I believed that this War Bunker would have something to do with the unlocking of Sleeper Stimulant because of all the objects that look similar to the weapon itself. We believe that you need at least 4 to do this because there are 4 consoles and pads in Rasputin's Room. I also think there is an object you need to start the mission because the room with the 4 computers mentions a pair of eyes that where scanned throughout hundreds of years that allowed access to the room but the ghost didn't know if these eyes where preserved or not. My friend believes that the strangers rifle might have something to do with it since the stranger is a time traveler and might be that person who was constantly scanning to gain access to Rasputin's War Bunker. Supposedly grimoire cards mention the stranger and rasputin meeting before. Also the ghost mentioned that Rasputin might not have awoke himself which could possibly mean the stranger might have woken him. Im still working on trying to figure this all out but I figured I give you my input.
