Fusions had there day my friend. Must not have been around that early in destiny history.

You have more hours logged on the characters you've deleted than I've spent playing Destiny.
-
That's my point? I've been here since beta. Deleted and re leveled many characters and been through it all. At one point fusions were the king of the crucible. Very early in destiny year one.
-
Fusion rifles as a whole have never been king. Pockets infinity and the vex were King. As a whole, they were strong but not as used as much as shotguns.
-
Wrong fusions rifles were wayyyy more used than shotguns at the very beginning of pvp. Shotguns really only became king when felwinters and iron banner came out.
-
Nope. Rumble was 70% shotguns, 29% fusions and that one random guy trying to snipe
-
I remember when they could trash you from half way across a large map. Resulted in the "wtf just hit me" response.
-
But I've been here since beta, and I've deleted and re leveled many characters and been through it all. Why would you assume I haven't, and where is the relevance?
-
He's right. Fusions were the most used special by far at one point early on. Everyone down-voting this guy is an ignorant moron. If you didn't play when Fusions were king in Crucible (especially Plan C and Pocket Infinity) please stfu.
-
They used to one shot from sniper range.
-
His comment is a poor assumption regarding the op and completely irrelevant to the post.
-
It's not an assumption at all. They really did use to be the most "OP" special in the game by far. There is no question about it for anyone that played the first few months of this game. Whether his comment was off-topic or not is inconsequential to the truth of his statement.

Edited by Njim1: 10/2/2015 8:16:04 AMIt is an assumption, an assumption that the op wasn't around at that time. This post has been around for 4-5 days and the comments have been really great for the most part, until the last 30 minutes. In the last 30 minutes 5 different people posted the exact same post: "Fusion rifles used to be OP, it's obvious this guy's new, lol this guy obviously wasn't around when fusion rifles were OP, you've never seen how good fusions rifles used to be!!!11" I was in the beta. Who cares? Bungie gave us a Year 2 fusion rifle with every perk fusion rifle users have ever wanted and it's here, now, in the form of the Vortex. That's what this post is about.
-
Well, I could give two shits if you're new or not honestly. When people say that fusion rifles used to be used by more people and were considered OP in Destiny's early days it's just a true statement. I agree that it doesn't really add anything significant to the post, but boy oh boy...people sure are getting butthurt about it.... LOL
-
Great discussion for days until.. "Must not have been around that early in destiny history." "Also are you new? Fusion rifles used to be op af." "You sir, have never seen pocket infinity before the patch in year 1..." "The year of fusion rifles already arrived thank you." "When op thinks there wasn't a time where auto rifles and fusions were rampant throughout crucible" "You can tell someone is new when he doesn't remember when 99% of the community thought fusion rifles were the OP SCRUB weapon lol." Wut?
-
Which are all true statements and not assumptions...... lol
-
I can't take the stupidity. These are assumptions. When someone assumes what someone else thinks or remembers, they're making an assumption, not a true statement. How old/dumb are you?
-
Edited by Lib3ralwithaGun: 10/5/2015 11:48:49 PMWhen does something become a fact? When about 90% of the community would agree that fusions used to be the most used weapon in Destiny, and therefore were considered OP? Or when 100% of people are in complete agreement with that something is true? Because... that's never going to happen. EVERYONE IS ASSUMING EVERYTHING OMG LMAO Also, you are assuming that I am stupid. That's a gas.

Aaaand muted. You just like to argue for the sake of arguing it seems. Face it, you lost. Get over it .

Edited by Njim1: 10/7/2015 4:32:34 AMThanks for learning what the difference between a fact and an assumption is. :)
-
Haha good1
-
Why would you assume that?
