You can license transfer on the account you bought it on and the everyone on the console should have access.
You may have to re-download Taken King.

I chatted with Xbox Support today and they told me that licenses cannot be transferred. We can't even purchase TTK.

I haven't tried the license transfer, because one of the Microsoft reps I spoke with had just tried it with another unhappy customer, and it didn't solve the issue.

Can you confirm this works on the xbox 360? If it's that simple, why hasn't Bungie or Microsoft said a word about it? Bizarre.

I don't have Taken King for my 360 so I myself can not confirm if it works. (Which I 100% think it will.) And as for Bungie/Activision, they're probably not even aware. I'm pretty sure BNGhelp fellas are volunteers.

Edited by sooltime: 10/1/2015 7:49:35 PMSomeone else posted that you can't transfer the license of the $40 dlc for the 360 since it was downloaded directly from Bungie and not through the xbox store. If this is the case, it confirms that Bungie is more culpable in this license violation.
