They also nerfed base damage by 90% post 1.1.1

I know, but if they are too strong like after the massive buff, sidearms and even some fusion rifles have little purpose with that kind of power.

Edited by Boomstick1911: 10/1/2015 4:50:20 PMYou have to take into account the fact that base damage is down by 90% after the 2.0 patch. They increased base damage by 100%, then decreased it by 90% in the 2.0 patch.
