You got more than a lot of people lol. Bosses aren't guaranteed to drop items. You would have got nothing if you didn't have molder in shards.
The average is 2-3 pieces of gear per raid in my experience

One guy on my team had 2 scout rifles a chest a shell and a sniper just from oryx and everyone got at least 2 pieces of gear and two weapons... I got 2 shotguns and wasted my shards... And if bosses army guarenteed to drop anything then what's the point in beating them?!?

Just the chance of good loot. Most raids I've done have been poor loot drops. Not a fan of RNJesus
