Are you farming draksis with them on the scourge of winter mission? Or are you running it with strikes? They only changed the drop rate on them if you pop them back to back repeatedly. But if you wait 5 minutes in between killing ultras then the drop rate is the same as they were before the patch. Hope this helps!
