If those perks are working in Crucible, eventually all players will pick up on it and get gear that fits their subclass.

Yeah, and right now only Titans do it. The Armor needs to be addressed, not the Titan Super itself.

Well, my Stormcaller is having arc armor as well (didn't play much PVP yet though). Although I've read in these forums those perks do nothing in crucible.
