Titans have more armor than hunter...
Sunbreaker takes a higher impact sniper to one shot...

I've tried shooting them in the head and they don't die

That might have been because the could've had a armor piece on that increases armor when using solar subclass. I know for sure black hammer/spindle can kill a high armor titan in sunbreaker. Ldr can do it if they have taken any damage at all
