I have run into this before...and when I asked a "bungie" member...they always try to explain it as an error and that they are aware of the issue, but never explain what the error is.
I know what it is...it's blatant damage control and censorship and bull shit!
It's funny how the people who are outspoken that have issues with the game and call bungie out on their bull shit seem to be having this issue!?

Not really, it makes sense actually. It's more likely to happen to them because they post constantly so they have more posts out there that are more likely to encounter a software bug.. And the people who aren't zealots about this stuff won't publicly complain because one of their hash tags went missing. It makes perfect sense really.
