I'm 308 halfway to 309. Warlock. Still have to do Oryx this week hoping to get to 309.

You have got so lucky on drops lol, or you farmed and got a bunch of 310's out of exotic engrams. I have gotten the same pair of hunter boots 4 times lol and each pair had the same exact perks, the highest light is 307, I did get lucky and was able to drop 310 boots on my warlock after 3 raids.

I don't doubt that I just haven't personally seen anyone higher :)
