I finally got mine after a couple of weeks waiting for a response from Bungie. I changed my Xbox language preference to Spanish. When I logged in, the spark was in the mail. The change in language causes a forced reinstall of some things in the game.... I had tried simply reinstalling TTK but that didn't work. Changing language preference in the console settings fixed it
