I dont understand the stags perk "spawn with an overshield". Nobody ive talked to has been able to get this to work

it's random I've had it happen usually mid game in crucible a few times

It's random. Apparently sometimes you will spawn with an overshield that is more powerful than the overshield you already spawn with. Pretty much just more RNG.
