Titans get over shield on melee as long as they stay in the sunspot

Ok so are you going to just run blindly into a titan standing in a sunspot? Or see him standing there like a tard and just wait for it to go away? People are making sunbreakers seem more powerful then they are wanting a nerf all in the name of pvp.
