I would at least take in two to three noobies and teach them the ropes. Thing is there is not a lot of good leaders to teach these things, as well as most people do not have the time.

The problem with leadership is that it often is wasted on people who "already know better" "are more experienced" "consider every failure to be someone's else fault" and so on... you can lead mule to a water but you cannot make it drink...
