I have seen more than one post like yours, complaining about other people demanding high light level etc. Why not create a new thread and gather everyone who are new and go for a fresh run?

I just make own posts on LFG. it was just an observation I made and its disturbing

It's just the way it is. People don't want to spend too much time stuck at one part of the raid, they rather have players who experienced and conquered the fight before as it makes the encounter more smooth.
