What if the gametype denied the use of supers for the other 11 players? Maybe make some new maps specifically for Taken.
But seriously, I cry laughed for a good minute or so at description of the Taken's Super...

Yeah it will take a lot of tweaking because Destiny netcode is full of bugs and VERY specific codes
