I have had a lot of lock with consecutive strikes. I probably average 1 legendary every other run. Plus use three of coins and possibly get an exotic.

How much of a difference did the ToC nerf made? (Like how often does a exotic engram drop as compared to b4 nerf?)

From what I understand the nerf just made the odds of exotics lower when people are farming the same ultra or mission repetitively. I used 5 coins and got two exotics. Used one coin at a time. I'm not sure if that's luck or not though.

Oh so they just nerfed it so if you kill 2 of the same bosses in a row the odds of getting an exotic is lower?

Yeah that's what other people I have talked to say and what I have read. People were farming exotics like crazy. It seems like bungie wants people to use the Strike Playlist.
