Also a dismantler cause it was a crap 220 sword, they don't warn you or anything like hey you need to upgrade this don't dismantle it nope just here's some scrap metal hope you know what to do. They failed big time on this and I'm waiting on them to put the quest into abandoned kiosk, cause I'm not building a third character and then deleting one and building a fourth just to get all the damn swords cause of their mistake.

How do you buy it? There's a legendary kiosk now? Thought there was only an exotic one

Thought there was only an exotic one[/quote] Go to Lord shaxx he is selling all 3 of the legendary swords at 220 damage, just buy which ever one u had, raise the light level to 270 and max out the stats then the next stage of the quest should pop up
