You've already been told what happens at rank 2 and 3...
Rank 4 has nothing, confirmed via reddit, besides a package.
So now it's wait until next week or even two weeks from now for someone to hit rank 5 and see if that opens up anything.

Yes that is correct. And from what I read over there, it's gonna be two weeks until someone hits rank 5 to find out if anything special happens.
