Their Customer Service is horrible. I placed an order on the 13th, received tracking info on the 18th (I selected and paid extra for 2 day shipping) and the package is STILL sitting in their warehouse. Only the label was created.
The Customer Service page linked also is a complete waste. Nobody will reply to you in a timely manner (it took a week to get one reply) and the reply you get will just be a generic response...which is almost worst than getting no reply at all.
Also, their Customer Service does NOT reply to your specific question. Sent 5+ emails through their online form (and one through a separate CS email address) and received one reply yesterday with a cut-and-paste answer which doesn't explain anything.
I'm trying to decide whether or not to contact my bank and report this/cancel my order and refund my money. I can't remember the last time I've encountered such horrible Customer Service (and Bungie isn't exactly a small company either...you would think they would care more about CS).

Activision is big. Bungie is likely fairly small. Many software places out-source their physical store so even though it's under their web domain some other people tend to run it. It makes it easier to handle ordering the widgets, picking the right manufacturers, etc. I don't know if this is Bungie's case or if they have a small department dedicated to it. Still... whoever is responsible... your story is a sad one. I'd contact the bank.

Yeah. My package is still sitting at their warehouse with a shipping label on it, apparently. Just seems so ridiculous they haven't sent it out or had a pickup in a week.
