i think you need to go to the gunsmith with it in inventory and a dialog will start for it. i don't know because i just bought my first order today for next week. if you discarded it i think that's the like dismantling it, no weapon in that case. sorry to break the bad news.

Well I didn't discard it. I tapped "A" since that's what it said at the bottom of the order. There was a "discard" down there too, but that's holding "x" which I didn't do. So I'm not sure what "A" did, but it isn't good. Haha, not even sure why bungie put it on there.
