I would just like to point out that if you have your allegiance set to FWC or NM you probably shouldn't be wearing a DO cloak/mark/bond anyway and vice versa. You don't join the US Army and show up to duty wearing North Korean Fatigues... Same concept and I think it's a much more immersive feature than being able to equip another factions item... "Look at me I'm with DO but I want to advertise FWC... Look at my traitorous ass!!" STFU...
