I done one earlier and got legendary marks for completing it. I did think it was weird that the icon was filled in. I also thought that the gunsmith changed his experimental stock on reset, must be on arms day now.

It was always supposed to be arms day. It was a glitch Tuesday. Anybody who completed the guns last Tuesday got free rep because on Wednesday he changed guns again.
