Microsoft UI has always been terrible, the new one is an improvement but let's be honest, anything is on the one's current UI, they need a complete overhaul of the template they use because it's simply too cluttered.

The Blades UI was fantastic, actually. Metro is... A bit childish, simplistic and definitely touch/Kinect oriented. Not a fan personally, especially with all the -blam!-ing ads, when I already pay for XBL...

Too cluttered? Have you seen the Mac UI? Organization is a bitch.

How do any of you navigate through your cell phone if your too challanged to use the xbox ui. It's more simple than any cell phone ui.

It just needs a faster response time as far as I am concerned. Others are in agreement with you that it's cluttered.
