How exactly does this work. Do I use a 3 of Coins before killing him everytime? Or before entering the room? Do I stack the coins?

Eat it before you enter the room. Before going in, bring down his health, kill adds then enter. Bring him to about 10% then suicide kill with rocket. Make him come near door so you don't have far to pick them up.

Use one coin before you enter the room. Kill him with a suicide rocket, upon respawn use another coin. Percentage of exotic engram drop stacks but not the buff. There is no use in using more than one coin during the fight.
