I always thought that mission about the cabal sending a signal somewhere out of the system would end up being the next dlc. What i think is that they we're calling the empire (which is pretty obvious to me at least) and that the empire will send some kind of reinforcements especially because we have killed all of the cabal officers in our solar system.
