The scholar scout rifle for pvp and pve - reactive reload works really well with outlaw.

I never liked the slow firing ones like that. Hated gheleons demise too. Prefer slow firing hand cannons like Ill will and fast firing scouts like voc, mida, or the shadow.

It has almost max range as well though. I use it instead of a sniper.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. it's just a personal preference this. I just never found them versatile enough. so slow needs to be used in sniper range without sniper damage, any other battles lose to most pulse/auto/fast firing scouts/hand cannons.

Yeah the best use I made for it is trials of osiris on widow's court.
