How can I obtain an emblem? I'm rank 27 and now you don't sell them. /: I need to do your quest!

You should have bought one. Right now me and my fellow Executors are negotiating prices. Emblems are too cheap to be worth legendary marks, but are too expensive to trade for glimmer. Please be patient while we resolve this problem.
