There's a faster way.
Do Eye of the Gate Lord. Level 12 works fine. Use one Three of Coins just before stepping into the ring to summon the boss. Kill him, quickly grab whatever drops and immediately bail to orbit - now, each time you select this mission from orbit, you'll spawn right at the boss fight.
I'm netting five engrams an hour, each lap is just over 2 minutes.

Telesto, Zahlo Supercell, 4th Horseman, Monte Carlo, Hawkmoon, Invective, Hereafter. Armour-wise I scored Graviton Forfeit, Skyburner's Annex, The Stag, Obsidian Mind, Don't Touch Me, Ahamkara's, Nighthawk, Third Man, Alpha Lupi, Knucklehead and some Titan stuff I deleted without looking at. I never want to play Eye of a Gate Lord ever again!
