Hey guys, I went back into the Cruscible and let my % drop down to 98 and then I got the last kill I needed with the Last Word ( as opposed to with special/heavy/super ) and it completed the quest step. I don't know if the last kill i got the first time was with the Last Word or not, I was just experimenting. Good luck to you guys.
